New Form:

Client Monthly Safety Summary Form. This monthly re-cap will document items in relation to number of workers hired, orientations completed, safety meetings conducted, formal inspections, unsafe acts/conditions identified, incidents, first aid kit entries, investigations completed, recommendations made, training courses completed. This document will be completed by your Coordinator, and reviewed with you on a monthly basis.

Your Coordinator will personally review with you the Client Monthly Safety Summary, Program Training and Compliance Training courses, and respond to any questions you may have. These Program additions are part of our continued commitment to better serve and effectively coordinate your Safety Program.
