As safety within construction gains more significance, many companies are finding it increasingly difficult to coordinate and implement a significant safety culture. Creating and maintaining an effective safety process at a nominal expense is challenging in today's environment.

Successful employers recognize
the value of employees and their effect on profitibility; and are taking steps to protect their health and safety by hiring effective safety coordinators.
