Kimber and Tucker Safety Coordinators Current Staff

  • All staff are members of the CSSE (Canadian Society of Safety Engineers)
  • All staff have as a minimum the required COR (Certificate of Recognition) training with either the NSCSA (Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association) or the NBCSA (New Brunswick Construction Safety Association).

Prince Edward Island

Brad Fremlin:
Joining our Team of coordinators in early 2016, Brad has succeeded in both the NSCSA COR and the HSE Safety Management Certification processes. Brad has also obtained a Certificate in Health, Safety and Environmental processes (CHSEP), and Bachelor Degrees in both Education and Music. Brad has numerous safety tickets and other related courses obtained during his Safety career. Brad has gained a vast knowledge of the construction industry on PEI, the contractors and most importantly the workforce. His personality has gained the respect of our clients. Brad coordinates large general contractors to small family run businesses.

Terry Jeffery
Along with his working relationship with Kimber and Tucker, Terry owns and operates TNT Safety Training. A valued asset to our PEI Team, Terry’s biggest strengths are his knowledge of the Island workforce, and his ability to get along with trade contractors on busy construction sites. Terry’s outgoing personality and willingness to support all workers has him highly regarded within the PEI construction industry.

Glen Gardiner
Glen has a long and extensive history in the construction industry, spanning 38 years. Glen holds a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from his studies at the University of New Brunswick, as well as an interprovincial certification for HSE from HSE Integrated. Based in Charlottetown, Glen is currently supporting and advancing Safety programs for clients based on PEI.

Alvin Smith
Along with his working relationship with Kimber and Tucker, Alvin owns and operates ASTA Safety. Alvin encourages total program development, including hazard identifications, incident investigations, due diligence and safety inspections. Currently living near West Point, Alvin coordinates programs for clients from large wind farm developers to apartment building ownership groups.
